What is my current topic?

I want to research "How does media affect kids?". Since Contents of mass media became suggestive and violent, many studies have looked at the impact of media on children and adolescents. (Actually I wanted to research about the effects of the mass media on school violence because it is directly related to my dream, but I think it is too  scholarly and comprehensive, I changed my topic).

I want to research the effects of the media on kids:
 physically, psychologically(emotionally).


What are my guiding questions?
Do media affects kids negatively? (both physically and mentally)

What are my current thoughts?
I disagree with the kids being exposed to the mass media. Because I've thought that the negative affects of mass media is great. I want to persuade people(who have kids) not to expose kids to the mass media.

What is the opposition?The positive affects of mass media on kids are influential than the negative affects.
